HOMEMADE PUMPKIN SPICED ICED COFFEE

1/2 cup crushed ice

3/4 cup coffee cold

2 tablespoons canned coconut milk

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Optional, you may substitue for your favorite sweetner if you wish to.



1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

dash ground cloves

dash nutmeg



Combine all ingredients in blender.

Pulse until ice is crushed.

Enjoy!



For a stronger flavor, use coffee cubes instead!  Simply freeze coffee in an 
ice cube tray to have on hand whenever you make iced coffee. If you really want 
to pump up the pumpkin flavor, trying adding a small amount (2-4 Tbsp) of pure 
pumpkin puree.  Instead of using cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, you can use 
pumpkin pie spice instead. I prefer to mix my own using fresh ground nutmeg 
because it has a much richer flavor though!
