I lost the cup to my rice cooker. I figured out it holds about 3/4 cup. Then
you follow the lines on the rice cooker it’s self. So for each 3/4 cup you fill
it up to the line. You can sometimes feel the numbers on the side. It will say
1, 2, 3 etc. On the other side is metrics. If you can’t, you’ll need to get
someone to tell you. Again, 3/4 cup rice goes to the first line with water. Two
3/4 cups or 1 1/2 cups goes to the second lineAgain, 3/4 cup rice goes to the
first line with water. Two 3/4 cups or 1 1/2 cups goes to the second line with
water. you can count the lines, provided you can feel them.. Rice cookers are a
little different to measure than cooking in a pot. Hint: if you are using brown
rice, you do 3/4 cup and fill up to the next line so the second line. If you do
two of those 3/4 cup or a cup and a half, you would fill it up to the third
line. The extra water cooks the brown rice
If it has one button to turn on, that’s the easiest. You press it down and when
it pops up, you let stand 10 minutes and serve. Some people like to spray the
pot so the rice does not stick or put a light coat of margarine or butter to
prevent sticking. That is a preference. I like to use a little margarine.
perfectly..
