Is that ever the truth. I tried it once and with the electric press, the
dough kept on shooting all over the place. If you still enjoy the Swedish
sprits cookies as I do, you should consider trying the regular cookie press.
Even though at first it is a bit aggravating, you will quickly get the hang
of it.

I had an electric cookie press once. I don't know what happened to it
though. I think I gave it away for lack of use. My problem was not knowing
what was shooting out of the thing. When I lightly touched it to see if it
was correct, I messed it up and if it had been perfect it wasn't anymore.
