Shannon's slow cooker roast 1 3 to 4 lb chuck roast
1 package hidden valley ranch original dressing mix 1 package italian dressing mix Put at least 2 cupsof water into crock pot. Add both packages of dressing mixes and stir well. place roast into cooker and fill with water until just about one inch of roast is uncovered. Cook on low for 8 hours.
