Ingredients:
3 frozen chicken breasts
4 cups chopped cabbage
1 large onion, chopped medium to small
2 cups carrots, sliced
4 oz. mushrooms, including stems 
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can water chestnuts
Pioneer Gravy Mix
my makeshift sauce:
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup siracha sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. hot pepper oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1. Place the chicken, sauce ingredients, onion, cabbage, mushrooms, and carrots 
in the instant pot. 
2. Press the stew function or pressure cook for 30 minutes with a 10 minute 
natural release. 
3. Turn the valve to vent and when the pressure button is all the way down 
remove the lid.

4. Add the water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and Pioneer Gravy Mix to the pot.
5. Press cancel.
6. press sautae. stir occasionally until it thickens.
