Sausage and Pepper Casserole

 

1 cup uncooked rice

1 lb. bulk pork sausage

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 can cream of chicken soup

 

Prepare rice according to pkg. directions. Brown sausage. Add green 

pepper

and onion, cook until tender; drain. Return to pan and add soup and 

rice.

Put mixture into a sprayed 2 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 

degrees

for about 30 minutes. 6 servings.  Enjoy.  From Delma
