Slow Cooker Tailgate Pot Roast

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients: 
1 (4-lb) beef chuck roast 
salt and pepper, to taste 
2 Tbsp oil 
1 (12-oz) jar chili sauce 
1 (12-oz) can cola 
3 Tbsp dried minced onion 
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 

Instructions: 
Season roast with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over
medium-high heat. Sear roast on all sides. Place roast in 6-qt slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10
hours. Shred roast with two forks. Serve shredded roast on slider buns.
