DH Fast Fixing Fruit Cake
one 2-layer Duncan Hines white or yellow cake mix 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1/2 cup water or milk 1 regular-size can of cherry pie filling, (or, you may use pumpkin pie filling) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 by 13 inch cake pan, pour the oil into the pan. Make sure that the bottom and sides of pan are well-coated with the oil. Enjoy.
