Creamy Crock Pot Chops 

4 pork chops, about 1/2" thick 
oil for browning 
1 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix 
10 oz can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 



Quickly sear both sides of chops in oil. No need to cook completely. Place
in crock pot and sprinkle with ranch dressing mix. Pour soup over. Cook on
LOW for 5-6 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Serve with hot mashed potatoes.
