Hi Kim. First, I had a sighted person show me where the burners were. You could use Be My Eyes or a similar app for this. Or a friend or family member.
Then, I place the pan where I think the burner might be. Then I turn on the burner and feel and heat. Using that as a guide, I center the pan before it becomes hot. I hope that makes sense to you.
