Hello Everybody, I am a new subscriber. I have not done a lot of cooking—been keeping it fairly simple, but am ready to expand my skill set.
I want to make pork chops. The chop I have is over an inch thick. My preference is to be able to make it in an oven, but I can do it in a skillet as well. I want something reasonably simple to start with. Anyone have any ideas?
