For pouring hot liquids, there's all kinds of batteries liquid level indicators out there at your nearest aids and appliance store.
For cold liquids, simply use the dip stick method.
Place your finger in the top edge of the container you're pouring liquid into.
Use your other fingers for guiding.
Slowly pour the liquid into the bowl and or drinking glass.
I would advise pouring over the sink until you get the hang of the dip stick method.
That way you don't create to much of a mess.
