Yield: Approximately 4 Cups

3 Cups Rolled Oats

2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter

1/4 teaspoon Salt, more or less to taste

Pour the wet ingredients over the oats and mix until thoroughly moistened.

Spread the oats evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.

Place in the pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Give the pan
