Recipe Name Keto Buffalo Chicken Wings Servings: 2-3 Time: 1 hour 10 minutes Ingredients 12 chicken wing pieces, or 6 whole wings 1 tablespoon avocado oil 1 teaspoon sea salt 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter or ghee ¼ cup hot sauce of choice 1 garlic clove minced, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F 2. In a bowl, toss the chicken wings in the avocado oil and sea salt. 3. Set a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet and arrange the chicken wings so they arent touching. 4. Bake for 50 minutes, and then increase the oven temperature to 425 degree F and bake for another 15 minutes. 5. Be sure the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 6. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, place the butter or ghee, hot sauce, and minced or powdered garlic and heat until the butter has melted, stirring frequently. 7.
