Chicken Wings. There is not a recipe there for chicken tenders.

Keto Buffalo Chicken Wings

 

Servings: 2-3

Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

12 chicken wing pieces, or 6 whole wings

1 tablespoon avocado oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

4 tablespoons grass-fed butter or ghee

¼ cup hot sauce of choice

1 garlic clove minced, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Directions

1.       Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

2.       In a bowl, toss the chicken wings in the avocado oil and sea salt. 

3.       Set a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet and arrange the chicken
wings so they aren’t touching.

4.       Bake for 50 minutes, and then increase the oven temperature to 425
degree F and bake for another 15 minutes.

5.       Be sure the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature
reaches 165 degrees F.

6.       In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, place the butter or ghee,
hot sauce, and minced or powdered garlic and heat until the butter has
melted, stirring frequently.

7.       Toss the chicken wings in the warm hot sauce and serve immediately.
