Hello, I'm new to the list. I'm a blind cook and have been cooking
independently for 43 years but had some lessons before that. I enjoy making
yeast breads as a way to control stress. Even though I grew up on the old
1950s and 1960s meat and potatoes fare, I have now started sprouting. I know
that I need to eat more vegetables, and growing them in my kitchen makes
them much more interesting.

My biggest cooking problem areas are measuring small amounts of liquid,
getting things properly turned over in a frying pan, and knowing when meat
is done. I know these are typical blind cook problems.

Glad to be on this list.

Subject: [CnD] Another air dry cookbook

Morning,
I receive a magazine called Our Special. In the current issue's recipe
column some recipes are taken from an air dry cookbook called Air Fry Every
Day by Ben Mims. Just a little info.
Jeanne
