Yes. You pay when you order. You can explore the stores without making an order. You can review your order and add and remove items. They will tell you if there are limited quantities of anything in your order and you can choose what they will substitute from some suggestions they give of alternatives or choose to leave it off the list if it's out of stock. You can communicate via text in real time while your shopper is at the store as well. I'm not sure if they will call you because I chose to do text messaging.
