Hi, Guys. My Aunt sent a bulk load of Costco sanned salmon. I'll be eating salmon sandwiches and salmon and rice, but need other ideas for what to do with it all. Does anyone have a favorite recipe for salmon loaf? Would appreciate any help. Years ago a friend was on Weight Watchers and shared their version with me. I was not impressed. I need flavor. Points be damned. I don't have that kind of willpower. Flavor and chocolate are my best friends.
