Dr. Josh Axe's Keto Cashew Cookie Shake

Ingredients

. 1 cup full-fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk

. 1 scoop chocolate keto protein powder (or collagen protein + 1 tbsp MCT
oil) or chocolate bone broth protein

. 1 tbsp cacao powder

. 2 tbsp cashew butter (or peanut butter or almond butter)

. 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

1.      Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until
smooth.
