Keto CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE 


 

SERVINGS: 3 TO 4 

TIME: 10 MINUTES 

INGREDIENTS:

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 

1 1/2 cups mashed avocado (2 to 3 avocados) 

2 scoops chocolate keto protein powder (or 2 scoops collagen protein plus 1
tablespoon MCT oil) or chocolate bone broth protein 

1/4 cup cacao powder 

1/2 cup water 

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a food processor, combine the vanilla, avocado, keto protein powder, and
cacao powder. Process until creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the
bowl with a spatula, if needed. 

Add the water and process until smooth. 

Serve at room temperature or chilled. Store in a sealed container in the
refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
