For my two cents I have a Hamilton beach non talking toaster oven that is completely accessible. It has only three knobs and they are dials. One for temperature, one for time and once for function. It only cost around seventy dollars and I used it so much that the timer broke after three years and now I just plug and unplug it. Hope this helps. Rich
