BISCUITS AND MILK GRAVY, Printed from COOKS.COM

8 biscuits
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 tablespoons self-rising flour
2 1/2 cups milk

Home made biscuits <https://www.cooks.com/rec/search?q=biscuits> taste
better to me, but use what you will. Follow directions on box or a can for
the biscuits.

In a non-stick pan, add 8 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Heat to medium heat.
Allow about 3 minutes to heat up.

Using a whisk, add one tablespoon of flour at a time. Brown each tablespoon
before you add the next, otherwise it will taste like flour.

Reduce heat to low. Whisk in milk a half a cup at a time. Season with salt
and pepper to taste.

Serve gravy over hot biscuits! Enjoy.
