Mix in beef, salt and pepper until blended. Pat mixture into ungreased loaf pan, 9x5 inches, or shape into a loaf in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until juices run clear and met thermometer registers 170 degrees, about 1 hour. Let stand in pan 5 minutes; remove to serving plate.
