Dear colleagues, The Cross Community Working Group on Enhancing ICANN Accountability (CCWG-Accountability) has published a Draft Report that contains its initial Draft Proposal. The Draft Report can be found here:

Work Stream 1 relates to those changes to ICANN’s accountability arrangements that must be in place, or committed to, prior to the IANA stewardship transition.
