I am not planning to reconsider stepping down, although I appreciate the entreaty. This due both to the climate on the WG list, and to my personal workload, which was already making it very difficult to act as chair. Note that Collin has never been an "official" WG chair. He has merely dedicated his time and expertise to the group in the past.
