Yes, if we can agree on a suitable response. Anyone
willing to take a first cut? Any responses being prepared
by other groups with similar concerns as we have?

Indeed - considering all the actual decisions in ITU
are made by country representatives, that is the
most effective path if we can find sympathetic ears
in our governments.
