Dear colleagues, The European Body of Regulators, BEREC, has published a first high-level report on the reports they receive from the national regulatory agencies and industry.
In summary it seems in line with our own observations that there have been no major disruptions, however it does flag some concerns regarding load on an unspecified Internet exchange in Romania.
