However for next time, I hope the current co-chairs can work on somr sort of
succession plan. At some point, one of our three excellent co-chairs will stand
down => having a pool of willing volunteers who could be nominated.
I hear you (having experienced, together with Achilleas, a rather sudden change
of both co-chairs in one go). That is why we made sure we had Desiree fully
on board before doing the current round of selections - and she has made a great
contribution to the co-chair team, but yes, we need to make sure there is
an influx of new blood and willing volunteers.
