Hi all

I would like to bring to your attention that BEREC had published new Open
Internet or 'Net neutrality' guidelines that ban zero-rating plans that exempt
specific apps or categories of apps from people’s monthly data camps.

It appears that the new guidelines are a response to 3 decisions in 2021
decisions by EU’s court, which had found that discriminatory zero-rating
violates Europe’s net neutrality law.
