Finally, as you may know already, the trilogue negotiations on the Cyber Resilience Act concluded with a provisional agreement last Thursday night (see Council update here <https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/press/press-releases/2023/11/30/cyber-resilience-act-council-and-parliament-strike-a-deal-on-security-requirements-for-digital-products/> and useful media coverage here <https://www.euractiv.com/section/cybersecurity/news/eu-institutions-finalise-agreement-on-cybersecurity-law-for-connected-products/>). We will pay close attention to the final text and how it will be implemented in practice, including discussions around standards and secondary legislation.
