Based on the comments the minutes have been amended.
In the WTSA 2024 Update section, the text "Only one resolution had been
updated: Resolution 164 now included IP address allocation by the ITU.”
has been changed to “Only one resolution had been updated: Resolution 64
now stated that RIRs had a key role in IP address allocation.”
