Let's see how long it takes for them to forget it again. Meanwhile
the chatcontrol initiative seems to keep popping up again and again
like the moles in Whac-a-mole arcade game (for those who are too
young to remember, it is an arcade game from almost 50 years ago
where you would keep whacking moles that pop up using a mallet).
