The team that organized the RTVC Conference on May 9th is in the process of forming a company, Radical Inclusion, to continue work in this area. The specific service offering, business model etc. are all under development; as is branding, website development and so on.

We expect to do one (or maybe two) such events. If you feel that your organization, or network, might be interested in participating in a pilot, please let us know. What we all agree on is that the timing is right for an organization that redefines/re-imagines collaboration in an increasingly networked world. This is a rapidly expanding market segment and the sky is the limit! Broadly speaking we are exploring services related to: EXTENDING CONFERENCE SERVICES This includes broadcasts of events during conferences, pre-conference virtual engagement, post conference follow up and so on. INTER ORGANIZATIONAL COLLABORATION. We are interested in learning more about what problems organizations want to solve collaboratively, what sorts of internal processes within organizations we can add value to, what sorts of new processes we can help them develop and so on. What role can cost effective real time collaboration processes play within organizations. INTRA ORGANIZATIONAL COLLABORATION We believe that there is a significant opportunity to develop collaborative processes between organizations that have similar missions (fighting climate change, for example). We are interested in exploring ways of bridging boundaries to create dialogue, as well as to create infrastructure and processes that will allow this dialogue to persist over time. - to make the conversations ongoing!
