I have posted to the drupal site a link and excert on tripleC, an open
journal for "Cognition, Communication, Co-operation". Can't help being
excited about such a find.
But then I thought, what's the chance that we didn't already have a line
on these folks. So here's the question: Am I just late to the game? Do
we already have a relationship with tripleC, or Open Journal Systems, or
Public Knowledge Project?
