1. If there is TER record at the end of a chain (eg from
phenix.refine), & I add a new residue on to the end of the chain, the
TER record is not removed (or moved), so the new bit isn't joined on
to the chain
2. Residue (re)naming problem
(a) build (terminal) residue on eg chain A, comes in as ALA
(b) build same residue on NCS-related chain B, mutate to eg THR
(c) "copy NCS fragment" from chain B to chain A
(d) save coordinates
The terminal residue in chain A has the THR atoms, but is still
labelled as ALA, which upsets refinement programs
