I noticed a couple of issues with 0.5.1-pre-1474.
- The following settings for dialog positions seem to be no longer honored by
coot,
I tried both the python and scheme commands with the same lack of effect:
set_model_fit_refine_dialog_position()
set_delete_dialog_position()
set_rotate_translate_dialog_position()
set_display_control_dialog_position() and set_go_to_atom_window_position() do
work however
- The bondwidth defaults of pdb files and may be also some of the map defaults
are not applied when coot is called like this:
coot --pdb my.pdb --auto my_map_coeffs.mtz
However, defaults are applied when the files are loaded via the gui.
Does anyone know if these have been fixed in later versions?
