I just installed oot-0.5.2-binary-Linux-i386-redhat-8.0 and found that
it crashes on the fit-loop command; it worked yesterday when using
coot-0.5-pre1-1411. We are using libgtk2.0-0 version 2.12.11-4. The
coot output on execution of the fit-loop command is:
