In case you can recognise the tetramer you're after you can simply
save the relevant symm rel molecules in coot and construct the
tetramer that way.
If you're unsure about the tetramer the PISA server at EBI can be
quite helpful in carrying out analyses for you.
I would check things with PISA anyway.

Hi,
I have a protein that is a monomer in the asu but a biological
teratmer. Is there an easy way (or any way) to derive the tetramer
from the sym operators and save a pdb file that is a tetramer in coot?
Thanks,
John
