Hello ,I was getting used to building the latest and bleeding edge coot every few days using the subversion build script build-it-gtk2-simple. ( as per instructions in ttp:// strucbio.biologie.uni-konstanz.de/ccp4wiki/index.php/COOT#Installation_from_source_code_via_autobuild_scripts )
However since revision 1859 , the build script stops a few seconds after downloading the newest source and then signals "coot build failed ". I am seeing the newest source *.gz fully downloaded but nothing happens after that. Sadly the buildnotes and build.log file do not have any indication of the problem. My system is a Ubuntu 64 bit hardy heron 8.04 and the builds were always successful till 1859 . Since I am missing living on the edge . Can anyone help me troubleshoot the unexplained build failure.
