Dear all, I am quite sure that i have incorporated a link(bond) between two symmetry related molecules, but I can't see the bond in coot. Does this mean the bond didnt exist or is not correctly implemented in my pdb or is coot not able to draw such bonds? I would be very thanksfull for some tips.
