Hi Stephen,
"Torsion general" is a start however it would be great to also be able
to translate with a dials box a bit like the rotate/translate function
(or indeed have a rotate/translate option that says fragment). I could
envisage clicking on a box that says "rotate/translate fragment" that
would bring up a dialogue box saying "select bond to break" where the
second atom clicked on defines the fragment to rotate/translate.

really like was the option to break a bond and then rotate/
translate just a
section of a residue/molecule. This is particularly handy when
