Try Calculate -> Other Modelling Tools... and then it's the top button
on this menu.
I'm thinking of starting a petition to get it put back on the Model/
Fit/Refine menu because I use it a lot!

Both the script findwater and the binary findwater-real are in right
place,
64bits checked with file and with libraries loaded, checked with
ldd. And
both worked in shell.
I think it is just a problem with refinement toolbar.
