Greetings, As a newcomer to listserv and coot, please forgive any breach of protocol - I searched the archives but found no mention of the symptom in question.
Today I set up a Zalman M220W and was pleased to find that the coot version (subversion repository revision 2408) I compiled (./build-it-gtk2-simple python) on Ubuntu 9.04 achieved stereo nicely. I am, however, suffering from a usability problem. Any time the mouse leaves the central Coot panel, the view reverts to the last non-stereo image before stereo was engaged until I click within the main window once more. This makes selecting atoms (e.g. for rotamer placement or real-space refinement) a headache. Any suggestions? Many thanks, Chris
