You're right, it doesn't seem to function in WinCoot, downloading
Centos 4 version right now!
Well, it is in WinCoot. And when I made and tested it, it worked too.
You have to set your map first though (otherwise Coot doesnt know which
map to autoweight to). I meant to include a test for set refinement map,
but guess I forgot (dont think there is one in the guile version either?!).
