Greetings coot community, I have installed coot 0.6.1 on a mac OSX 10.6 using fink. Everything appears to work great, except when I try to save my coordinates nothing happens. I go File->Save Coordinates... and it tells me to select a molecule number to save (there is only one molecule open, I have added waters but I add them to my molecule) and my molecule is numbered zero. When I click the select filename button, the 'Save Coordinates File Selector' window closes and the terminal gives this read out: (first-coords-imol) (first-unsaved-coords-imol) INFO:: Setting fileselection with file: XXXX-coot-0.pdb
Nothing else happens and no files are written to my directory apart from the normal auto-save files Any idea what is happening?? Thanks, Seth
