Coot 0.6.1 nVidia GeForce 8600 GT linux If I switch on ball-and-stick representation for a ligand, then edit/select the background to white rather than black, I get instead a black background with protein bonds drawn in white (and those white bonds are drawn even for models that are not currently selected).
