Hi Pedro, It does work. I have used the FX380 card on a desktop with XP. You can follow the excellent instruction from the late Warren DeLano (available from Pymol site). You need both drivers for the card and the 3D kit.

Moreover, it should work for Windows XP, Vista and 7. Well, I've tried it and couldn't get it to work, past a few "hiccups". The emitter doesn't even turn bright green. I followed NVIDIA's instructions for setting up the system and the drivers, but no luck. I tried it also with a FX 580 (which should require a VBIOS update) and there I got a bit further along. The emitter turns bright green, a double image appears on the screen but no stereo is visible through the glasses. I used a game demo (Tomb Raider Underworld) as a test for Direct3D stereo and it works on both cards. My question to this community is: has anyone tried this with success? If so, how did you do it? In the NVIDIA forums (forums.nvidia.com) there is a topic http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=156751 where the driver developers ask about needed features. One of them is OpenGL support for 3D Vision (GeForce). I suggest those interested sign up and make their voice heard regarding this topic.
