Hello All

All other validation functions in coot works for me, except probe clash. After
I chose
probe clash and then selected the model name, coot gave a blank window.

In the shell running coot, it says:

(command-in-path? *probe-command*)
/farm/software/bin/probe
(probe 0)
/farm/software/bin/probe
/farm/software/bin/reduce
(write-pdb-file 0 "coot-molprobity/for-reduce.pdb")
/farm/software/bin/reduce
if: Malformed file inquiry.
exit status: 1
(molecule-name 0)
/bin/grep
exit status: 1
/farm/software/bin/probe
No atom data in input.

The "crystal" line with unit cells and space group is present in the pdb. Can
anyone please
let me know what causes this problem?

Thanks
