Hello All All other validation functions in coot works for me, except probe clash. After I chose probe clash and then selected the model name, coot gave a blank window.

ERROR 41 READ: Non-existent or empty file. No Spacegroup found for this PDB file Cell: 1 1 1 90 90 90 There was a coordinates read error (interesting-things-gui "Molprobity Probe Clash Gaps" (list )) (run-generic-script probe 0) The "crystal" line with unit cells and space group is present in the pdb.
