I am seeing the gtkglext-1.0 pc in the apropriate directories in the
build

/home/hari/autobuild/coot-pre-release-gtk2-python/lib/pkgconfig/gtkglext-1.0.pc
But still get that error. The other log files dont seem to have
anything wrong.
Any ideas on how to get past this hurdle.
For this type of error, I need to see (at least) the config.log of coot.
And in this case, you need to be sure that 05-freeglut.txt and
06-pre-gtkglext.txt resulted in a correct installation.
