[COOT] Check/Delete waters not working in coot 0.6.1

Hello,

When validating my structure, I click on the check/delete waters under validate 
and the coot window shuts down. When I start coot, it says version 0.6.1 (but 
when I look under "About" in coot, it says version 0.6.2-pre-1.

Please help.
