Hi,
The refine/improve rama plot program decreases the outliers from 110 to 50,
But after refinement
the outliers bounce up to 100, did I miss some restraints? I use
tls+individual_adp+individual_sites and
simulated_annealing and NCS to refine for 5 cycles.
And one more question: What's the difference between "refine/improve rama
plot program" and
"refine/regularize zone-->ramachandran plot restraint"?
